Dr. Anna Chockalingam

Dr. Chockalingam, Ph.D. is a highly experienced scientist and clinical laboratory leader specializing in immunology, molecular genetics, and clinical cytogenomics, with over 15 years of experience in inherited genetics and molecular oncology. She earned her Ph.D. in Immunology & Microbiology from Cornell University and completed advanced clinical cytogenomics training in Nashville, Tennessee.

Her expertise includes Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and bioinformatics for oncology and reproductive genetics. In 2016, she founded Gene2Genome as an independent reference laboratory. She has also served as a clinical consultant for network laboratories across the United States, Asia, and Mexico, and as Molecular Director at Genetics Associates, Inc..
