Dr. Vaithilingam G. Dev

Dr. Dev, Ph.D. is a well-known scientist and leading expert in human cytogenomics, with decades of experience in academic medicine, clinical laboratory leadership, and genetic diagnostics. He completed his advanced training in human genetics and later served as faculty at Columbia University.

Dr. Dev is a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Genetics and a Founding Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics. He has served as Medical Laboratory Director of Clinical Cytogenomics Laboratories and as Associate Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School and later at Vanderbilt University Medical School. He founded Genetics Associates, Inc. and successfully led it for over 30 years.
